“Enthusiasm is contagious - and so is the lack of it”

Enthusiasm:  "absorbing or controlling possession of the mind by any interest or pursuit; lively interest: He shows marked enthusiasm for his studies. "

Are you enthusiastic about your work?  Are you eager to start calling prospects and help your team members?
 
To inspire your team members, they must see and hear your enthusiasm.  If you are not enthusiastic, or if you appear indifferent, your team members and prospects with whom you speak will hear it in your voice. 
 
If you are excited each time you speak with a prospect or team member, they will feel and hear that too!  It is contagious!  "Get excited and stay excited!" I frequently hear from co-workers.  Try it.  You'll see how effective it is.
